About the role

Due to exciting growth this newly created role's primary purpose is to provide exceptional support to our client partnerships, developing and implementing strategic plans for multiple client accounts and identifying future opportunities. Core accountabilities for this account management role include:
  • Further developing strong working relationships & networks across multiple client accounts;
  • Compile monthly reports and analytics;
  • Facilitating monthly meetings with existing clients, presenting analytics and insights to key stakeholders;
  • Developing templates and processes to demonstrate our success through quality reporting;
  • Manage customers request for relevant materials and information;
  • Identifying potential new opportunities within account.
About you

In addition to healthcare sales experience to be successful you must have demonstrated the following skills and experience;
  • Previous account management experience;
  • Proven relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Ideally, sales experience in both ethical and OTC pharmaceutical sales;
  • Data analysis and the ability to articulate insights and trends;
  • Experience with IQVIA, Veeva, or SFDC preferred;
  • Organised and able to work autonomously; 
  • Extremely client centric; and
  • Competency using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
