About the Position:
With our fast growth in NSW, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Sales Account Manager or Sales Administrator who is looking for a career in Sales within the Solar Industry. The successful applicants will be groomed to be a successful hands on Sales Account Manager. The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of our products and sales techniques to suit the competitive Solar industry. Our operation is purely wholesale business to business transactions.
* Located in Minchinbury NSW
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales KPI.
- A strong focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business to maximise sales and constant growth
- Maintain regular customer contact with prospects and customer contacts.
- Enter, track and update leads and prospects on a daily basis CRM software Netsuite
- Assist in development of sales forecasting, revenue and closing strategy and other goals for assigned geographical target market area.
- Establish and build long-term business relationships resulting in completed sales.
- Develop and execute short and long-range market strategies and goals with customers.
- Identify prospect/customer need
- Producing invoices with high attention to detail
- Undertake product training on weekly basis
Selection Criteria
- Good level of knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Oracle Netsuite highly regarded
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done, reliable and flexible
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 yrs experience in Administration
- Sales experience highly regarded
- High level of accuracy and eye for detail
- Keen to learn and begin career in the Solar Industry
- Previous solar or electrical exposure and/or sales / sales Admin experience highly regarded.
- Suitable for an experienced Administrator wanting a career in Sales
