Position

The position of VIC Regional Sales Manager has now become available. This role will ultimately be responsible for the overall management and ongoing success and profitability of business throughout VIC. The role is completely autonomous to the point where you will be the sole representative operating in VIC and therefore you will be taking over the key accounts in the region, as well as have an uncapped ability to drive new market demand and accounts throughout the state and throughout all market verticals including both direct end users, as well as distributors.

The position is certainly seen as a senior member of the Australian sales team and therefore offers a great chance for a senior sales professional to take the next step up in their career. On offer is a generous salary package ranging from $110k - $120k + car allowance + uncapped commissions.

Candidate

It is certainly an ideal requirement for all applicants to have experience and be coming from a sales background within the cabling industry, or a closely related field such as IT integration, or infrastructure technology.

Culturally you will need to possess a positive attitude, as well as a high level of drive, passion and commitment. You will also need to demonstrate a mature attitude and ability to work autonomously and remote from head office.
