Responsibilities

The main things that you would be doing include:

  • Ability to source, hunt and win new business
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Analyse existing/potential customer needs
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Track sales and provide status reports
  • Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to source, hunt and win new business
  • 6+ years of sales / business development experience in a similar role
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and popular (CRM) software
  • Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven willingness to learn and improve
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs 
  • Experience in several sales, marketing and negotiating techniques 
  • Relevant degree or equivalent

A background in architecture, real-estate & or property development, infrastructure with knowledge of software technology, time lapse, VR, or AR is preferred
