Bluegum Pharma Holdings is a highly successful, TGA licensed contract manufacturer specialising in complementary medicines. Our new, state-of the-art facility is located at Banksmeadow. As the next step in our organisation's growth, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager, taking responsibility for B2B sales and associated New Product Development. The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Managing existing accounts;
• Identify and building new relationships within existing customer base;
• Develop new business and relationships; and
• Developing customer solutions in combination with the R&D and Production team

Our ideal candidate will already know of our reputation for delivering quality products to our customers on time. To be considered for this new and exciting opportunity you must be able to demonstrate:

• A highly motivated, proactive attitude;
• Good time management and organisational skills;
• A deep knowledge of the complementary healthcare industry;
• Skill to develop strong relationships with prospects and clients;
• Determination to 'close the sale';
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills;
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail and accuracy; and
• A drive to work under pressure to achieve targets.

A highly attractive remuneration package is on offer that includes a car allowance and performance bonuses.
