The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales professional with a true customer service focus to join a highly engaging and employee focused business in the heart of the CBD and other locations!

Duties:

Make outbound calls to a database of prospects to increase our member base
Close leads provided through external referrers
Cross-sell associated business products and services
Identify customer concerns, resolve and issues which may arise, escalate through the relevant channels when required

To be successful in this role you will have:

An articulate and engaging communication style
Customer service experience
Outbound sales experience
Great phone manner
