Due to recent growth, an opportunity has now opened for a self-motivated and industry-experienced professional to drive and maintain new company sales. The company, based in Ashmore on the Gold Coast, is backed by strong franchise support network of which will assist in attaining a strong local market share.

Reporting to the General Manager, your role will primarily focus on actively seeking out and creating new sales opportunities on the Gold Coast and setting up strong networks of local customers. This is a 'hands on' role and requires a person that can also manage and motivate a small team of like minded enthusiasts effectively, work within budgets, improve processes and effectively manage an ever-changing workload.

Responsibilities include:

• New sales generation - To actively seek out and create new sales and business opportunities within the industry
• Sales management - Client liaison and management, Face to face sales, pricing and budgets and reporting back to Management
• Good phone manner with the ability to close deals over the phone
• Well presented as you will be the face of our company

We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:

• Recent/current exposure to tyre/mechanical industry
• Planning, forecasting and budgetary skills
• Strong administrative, reporting and IT skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A self-motivated approach
