About the role

Are you tenacious, articulate, and autonomous, willing to take responsibility for business outcomes? Do you want to be aligned with a team of sales professionals and work towards a successful career in direct sales?

TIBCO is looking for an ambitious, high-energy BDE with experience of outbound new business lead generation for Software as a Service (SaaS) technology. Knowledge of key growth areas preferred, including Analytics, API Management, and Cloud solutions, with an understanding of AWS and Azure offerings. Main responsibilities include:

  • Generate new qualified leads within defined verticals and territories
  • Develop solid pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with the sales and marketing team
  • Identify new areas of opportunity and create plans to capitalise on these opportunities
  • Align with the direct sales team to develop GTM strategies
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain a record of all opportunities within Salesforce

Ideally, you will have:

  • 2+ years’ outbound lead generation experience, selling software or technology solutions, services, or applications.
  • Strong experience prospecting to build pipeline, identifying and validating new business opportunities for Sales teams.
  • Demonstrated strength in building and managing relationships to a diverse audience from business champion, technical teams, to executives.
  • Ability to advise on appropriate business solutions adhering to clients’ business strategies
  • Well-developed interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and account management preferred
  • Importantly, you will have the desire to learn, listen, and develop this opportunity into a successful career
