We are looking for an experienced and well organised coordinator to provide the necessary support to our sales and service team. The successful candidate will become the central point of contact for colleagues and customers alike.

This is an exciting and busy new role and requires someone with good organisation skills and a can do attitude.

Experience working in a similar role will be looked on favourably. A strong understanding of MYOB advanced will be looked on desirably.

This role is varied and has room to make it your own. 

Responsibilities of the role include;

Post sales Coordinator

  • Coordinate internal logistics from order received to order delivered.
  • Input purchase orders, sales orders and invoices in ERP system where required ensuring all stock items are available for order to be fulfilled.
  • Provide support to team in regards to the company's new ERP system – full training will be provided. (you will be 1 or 3 fully trained people in office).

Service Department Coordinator

  • Coordinate contract and breakdown service scheduling 
  • Invoice customers for service jobs.
  • Support Service Manager as and when required.

Reception and over the counter product and spare parts sales

  • Answer phones and directing of phone calls.
  • Over the counter and over the phone sales of products and spare parts
  • Spare parts sales including identifying, picking and sending to customers
  • Preparing quotes and invoices as required

The successful candidate must hold the below skills, qualifications and competencies;

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and organise work priorities.
  • Demonstrate a flexible and "can do" attitude.
  • Able to work on agreed initiatives with minimal support.
  • Prior experience working with an ERP system – ideally MYOB Advanced
