The Company
Our client is the market leader in the manufacturing of, research in and development of tools and hardware. Based from the Sydney Headquarters this role reports into the Regional Manager NSW/QLD and is an integral part of the expansion plans of the Australian arm of this global company. The Role
Walking onsite and promoting the full solution of hardware and tooling that the client provides into Tier 1 and Tier 2 main building Contractors. The target customer will be trade specific and focus strong on drilling and concrete will be beneficial within the role. You will be require to be on site pushing clients back through their distributor network i.e. Blackwood’s, total tools etc to providing technical expertise and help to grow their business as well as your own. This is a very autonomous sales position, which will afford the successful candidate a great deal of autonomy to develop the territory as they see fit.
The Candidate
Arriving with a strong building/construction product sales background the successful, you will have been involved in selling a range of building products into Tier 1 and Tier 2 Commercial Builders. Experience on the tools or selling concrete and drilling related products will be high favoured. You will be expected to be able to work under your own steam, and will report back to Regional Manager NSW/QLD, who will provide support and guidance as necessary. This is a rare opportunity to join a Global leader, in an autonomous sales position.
You will be rewarded with a base salary between $70K - 75K depending on experience, super, fully maintained vehicle, Mobile phone, Laptop, business expenses, and a bonus/commission scheme of up to 30% of salary.
