Aidacare is the leading national provider of equipment and related services for the health, disability and aged care sector.
An exciting opportunity now exists for a dynamic and outgoing candidate to join our growing inbound phone and internet sales team based in Brunswick.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager & Marketing, key responsibilities and role requirements are:
- Telephone sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills and a desire to provide solutions to customer needs
- Motivated and target driven attitude
- Proven willingness to learn and high attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy, experience using ERP, CRM systems would be advantageous
- Advise management of trends and developments within the market
- Ability to work autonomously, but also work as part of the National Sales team to achieve the best results.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop the business in alignment with company objectives
- Interest in eCommerce and online sales
