The Role…

As a member of the sales team you will be involved in liaising with building, trades and construction professionals, where your responsibilities will include selling their leading products and services, while providing customers with productive solutions. The role will require adept knowledge in trade and power tools, along with the market segment experience selling high-quality products into various trade industry sectors. You will need to develop a new customer base and extend from existing clients.

 

Having a distinguished business acumen and a relationship-based focus to create loyal partners to the company and produce repeat business is your essential criteria to succeeding in this position. You will also be subject to providing technical information and support on construction sites, while solving solving technical issues based on your knowledge and understanding of trade products.

 

The Idea Candidate…

  • You will need to have a commercial, technical or solution sales background, preferably in trade tools.
  • Industry contacts and a proven history of sales into the trades industry.
  • Retain information well and hold a high-level of commitment.
  • Have self-motivation and responsibility for your own efforts with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.
  • You must also be well presented and be passionate about sales within the industry.
  • IT literate and competed in Word, CRM’s and learning new systems and programs.

The company is offering an attractive base salary of $70-85,000 plus superannuation, a company vehicle, and monthly performance-based bonuses.
