About The Role

We have an immediate opportunity for professional and energetic Customer Service Operator to join their team and be trained in providing technical support and shadow the manager with a view to take on leadership responsibilities.

Duties


  • Resolve escalated client calls regarding technical support
  • Maintain excel reporting
  • Review and improve processes and procedures
  • Assist with inbound calls during busy times

What You Require To Succeed In This Role


  • Ability to gain a relevant Security License
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
  • Experience with fault finding and technical support (or keen to learn)
  • Phone based customer service experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up to date informtion in the database
  • Professional communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
  • A thirst for knowledge and keen to learn
  • Target Driven - focused on achieving personal and team goals
