Altara Resources is a recruitment and employment services provider that specializes in working with our partner organizations to attract and retain highly skilled professional staff. Our client, is an innovative Melbourne based waste management operator that offers efficient and professional waste removal services for residential and commercial clients, specialising in high density residential and commercial properties.

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive to lead our growth initiatives in the Melbourne market.

Reporting to the business owner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in the Melbourne and Metro areas.
  • Develop a strategic plan to ensure a pipeline of new business.
  • Contribute to the company's growth objectives in relation to sales growth, sales margins, customer focus and marketing positioning.
  • Successfully build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success of the company.

Ideally you will have:

  • Extensive networks within the Waste Industry, Body Corporate, Property Management, Commercial Leasing Managers, Commercial Construction, Property Maintenance, Commercial Cleaning sectors.
  • A proven track records of sales in a business to business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Corporate presentation
  • A professional, creative and sales focused nature
  • Highly skilled in closing
  • Your own transport
  • Ability to work in a semi-autonomous manner with limited supervision is essential.
