The starting position as a Sales Consultant will give you the perfect opportunity to grow with our company. As a new and exciting concept showroom we specialise in selling high valued quality diamond jewellery. The role will ensure you have great exposure in selling to potential customers, training and developing customer service skills in diamonds and diamond jewellery. This ideal candidate will be a part of the elite diamond jewellery industry.
We are seeking a person that should be open to learning and be enthusiatic and procactive in his/her role. Experience in Jewellery retail and customer service and selling is required and qualifications in diamond selling and jewellery making will be highly regarded. We require a highly efficient, well dressed, friendly, organised and reliable person who can show potential managerial skills. There is the possibility of advancement in the future.
The role involves some driving so having your own car is a must and also the flexibility to work in the weekends if needed other than the normal working hours. Computer skills are also essential as the company has an active on-line website along with major marketing strategies that entail the use of social media to further sales. Administrative tasks like banking, emailing, phone calls, filing, sales entries into VEND and XERO will also be a part of the role. Therefore any knowledge of VEND & XERO would be advantageous.
