Business & Marketing Development Executive
Due to continual growth and success, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to be based in their Sydney headquarters. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for proactively and strategically developing new business and marketing opportunities, and understanding key stakeholders, with the capacity to influence thinking and selling “value” propositions.
You will work in a team environment, with multi-disciplined professionals, collectively supporting you to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance goals.
About you
You will be a professional, confident self-starter who is engaging, passionate and willing to go the “extra mile” to succeed.
Attributes include:
- At least two + years’ work experience in sales and marketing from lead generation through to close, solution selling products in the Australian market.
- Proven self-starter with a “sales hunter” mentality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM.
- Ability to present effectively and to communicate concepts.
- Professional, dedicated, committed, trustworthy and loyal.
- Willingness to travel extensively >30%
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Formal qualifications in Business or Marketing (desirable).
You will be working closely with Creative Director, Designers, Strategists and Marketers.
Our Office is based in Chester Hill with on-site parking available. Public transport options are limited so your own transport would be advantageous.
