This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join the Broadspectrum team in the role of HR Services Manager. We operate in a complex HR environment, and you will need to have a thorough understanding of HR Processes and Systems.
Leading a team of 6 across the ANZ Region, your key responsibilities and skills will include but not limited to:
- Understanding HR processes and developing documents to support these
- A sound knowledge of HR Systems
- Vendor Management, both on and off-shore
- Ability to work in a fast paced and diverse environment
- Able to produce reports around HR productivity
- Experience of the full HR Life Cycle
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident managing a team of HR Administrators
- Managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
