This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join the Broadspectrum team in the role of HR Services Manager. We operate in a complex HR environment, and you will need to have a thorough understanding of HR Processes and Systems.

 

Leading a team of 6 across the ANZ Region, your key responsibilities and skills will include but not limited to:

  • Understanding HR processes and developing documents to support these
  • A sound knowledge of HR Systems
  • Vendor Management, both on and off-shore
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and diverse environment
  • Able to produce reports around HR productivity
  • Experience of the full HR Life Cycle
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident managing a team of HR Administrators
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  •
