This leading labour hire company is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for WA to be an integral part of the success of both business growth and team development.

The WA Regional Manager will be responsible for:

• profitable day to day management of the region
• driving team business development and growth 
• a focus on building relationships, and growing existing customers
• coaching, growing and training a team of enthusiastic professionals
• compliance with all OH&S requirements and adherence to best practice

To be the successful applicant for this role your experience will include but not be limited to:

• significant previous management experience within the labour hire or employment services industry
• demonstrated success in building and retaining an enthusiastic customer focused team
• a proven track record in customer relations, sales and retention of business
• be highly organised and efficient in your time management
• possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• be competent in the use of MS Word and Excel
• Have a current Australian Drivers licence
