The Global Performance and Culture Business Partner is responsible for the provision of high-quality and strategic human resource advice for Energy Exemplar and its subsidiaries, planning, developing and directing of policies as well as implementing systems and initiatives that maximise employee talent, the company’s well-being, and productivity and business outcomes.
Partnering with the CEO and executive team, you will work strategically and operationally to create and implement an organisational and culture vision and plan. You will develop strategies, systems and processes for talent acquisition, development and retention along with change management initiatives that support a fast-paced, growing global technology business. Working collaboratively with the CEO and executive team you will enhance organisational capability, strengthen employee connection with company objectives and values while developing a culture of high engagement and performance across a diverse and international team.
As a respected business partner, you will be passionate about creating high-performing and culturally effective organisations. Providing high-level support as a strategic partner you will develop and deliver successful cultural and engagement and performance initiatives as well as sound systems and policy. As a leader, you will have a can-do approach and an ability to develop strong relationships, internally and externally, while demonstrating your expertise in developing and delivering generalist human resources systems that support people and performance outcomes across a geographically diverse organisation.
