The Opportunity

Our business is growing quickly, and that means we are always looking for new team members to come on board. You will be responsible for end to end recruitment for roles of all levels across our whole business, from building a pipeline of talent for lawyer roles to scheduling group interviews with graduates and kicking off the onboarding process for successful candidates.

This is the job for you if:
- You have at least 2 years’ in-house or agency experience in a fast paced environment. Prior experience working in graduate recruitment will be highly valued.
- You genuinely love recruitment and are committed to constantly thinking about ways to improve the candidate experience.
- You’re excited about the prospect of bringing the best practice recruitment skills you’ve gained over the years into a new and different start up environment.
- You’re a brilliant communicator and find it easy to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
- You’re a quick learner, a quick thinker and a quick worker.
