Japanese Speaking Total Rewards Analyst - C&BStaff Solutions Australia is currently looking for Japanese Speaking Total Reward Analyst for our client, one of the global leading companies in the industry.
This is a temporary role commencing ASAP until the end of November for about 5 months.
Position Summary
This Japanese Speaking Total Rewards Analyst will have responsibility to support for execution and administration of the company's total rewards programs. This includes benefits (health & welfare, risk, retirement and savings plans, wellness), leaves/absence management and compensation etc.
Preferably you have HR and/or total rewards experience in Japan, but it is still considerable if you only Australian experience.
Key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to;
- Support for execution and delivery of global total rewards projects and program such as benefits, leaves/absence management and compensation etc.
- Act as escalation point for HR Advisors for the resolution of total rewards inquiries or needs.
- Support and participate in the annual upgrade or implementation of the integration and end-to-end testing of various human resources and total rewards system
- Reviews system generated correspondence and communications, rewards vendor websites, Local Work Instructions and Knowledge Articles to ensure these are current, accurate and market relevant, recommending updates as needed
- Assists with compliance and governance of all total rewards plans and programs.
- Evaluate and process, within guidelines, system transactions including job requisitions, compensation changes, job changes and one-time payments requiring non-standard calculations
- Japanese language skills both in written and spoken.
- Experience in one or more of Compensation Operations, Benefits Administration, or Leaves Administration, preferably in Japan.
- General knowledge of HR policies, processes, regional Employment Laws and total rewards legislative requirements.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
- Computer proficiency (MS office, various systems)
- Ability to work in a rapid, fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail
