Our client, an internationally recognised and dynamic organisation renowned for their relentless approach to excellence and success are seeking an astute, consultative HR professional to take on and manage the delivery of strategic and operational HR services and support for the organisation.

Reporting into the program change manager you will contribute to a range of innovative projects, which support improved organisational effectiveness and people management within the University and provides direction with the review, development, implementation of human resource projects and programs.

Your key deliverables will include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage change projects, establishing key measures of success, monitoring progress and outcomes, adjusting plans in response to changing needs and ensuring timeframes and key deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop communication and engagement plans and activities to convey a clear, compelling vision of the objectives of the change and its relevance to the university.
  • Identify and highlight project gaps and risks via risk assessments and communicate this along with recommended solutions to stakeholders.
  • Manage the balance between client expectations and organisational objectives and adoption initiatives
  • Develop and implement appropriate strategies for change management, communications, training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Consult with and coach stakeholders to understand and manage the human and technical sides of change (across all change dimensions), and change methodologies and process

Along with the above it requires a sense of passion and enthusiasm with a strong hands-on/roll-the-sleeves-up approach.

Key selection crieria:

  • Working knowledge of and experience in change methodologies and models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change projects, establishing key measures of success, monitoring progress and outcomes, adjusting plans in response to changing needs and ensuring timeframes and key deliverables are achieved.
  • Proven ability to develop communication and engagement plans and activities to achieve change outcomes
  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability
