What you will be doing
- You will manage the solution and lead a small team
- You will build and foster relationships with key stakeholders as a true business partner
- You will manage and deliver recruitment solutions across the business with a focus in the technology space
Who you are
- You are an established Recruitment Consultant ready for leadership or an experienced Manager looking to take on a new challenge
- You are a relationship manager who thrives on delivering more to your stakeholders than just a recruitment transaction
- You have a passion for proactive and innovative talent sourcing and attraction solutions
- You are responsive, accessible, visible and have a client service ethic second to none
- Leadership and management is a key strength, and capability you wish to further develop or take that first step into!
