This dynamic, fast paced and high profile brand has an established footprint and is also looking at their next stage of growth. An opportunity now exists within the HR team for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will form part of the HR Leadership team in developing tools and processes to identify, attract and engage top talent. You will also work with the HR team on internally developing talent management/succession planning tools that will assist in identifying future leaders and ensuring individual capabilities are maximised and there are defined career path opportunities for employees. You will lead a small team and will need to delegate effectively yet still maintain a hands on approach and actively participate in overseeing the recruitment of senior leadership roles.
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with the General Managers and other internal stakeholders as well as managing external third party vendor relationships. You will be experienced in contemporary sourcing strategies and have experience in developing talent pools for business critical roles as well as pipeline management and workforce planning initiatives including volume campaigns. Experience in helping an organisation build and develop their EVP is also essential. You will have outstanding skills in managing a varied workload and being able to juggle a number of projects and competing demands.
This is a great career opportunity for an experienced Recruitment/Talent Manager who has proven in house experience to help develop and evolve processes. Ideally you will come from a fast paced business across the Retail/FMCG/Consumer or related sector. You will hold excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience in engagement and influencing at key stakeholder level. The ability to devise tailored solutions around attraction and sourcing strategies will ensure your success in this environment.
