We are searching for a new team member who is not only proactive but is also acutely aware of the time critical nature of the recruitment industry. You will posses an outgoing personality and a can do attitude. No task will be too much trouble and you're primary concern is ensuring you are providing 100% service to your clients and employees!
Main duties include:
- Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client request
- Source suitable candidates, induct and place at suitable roles
- Manage the candidates through interview to placement and beyond
- Strong client/candidate relationship building
- Managing candidate pool and database
- Updating and managing rosters
- Assisting & relieving of on-site consultant at one of our major DCs located in Kewdale
- Some early starts as required (4.30am)
- General admin duties including
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to influence clients and source roles
- Ambitious, results driven and team oriented attitude
- Relationship building skills
- Experience in recruitment
- Sound admin skills and attention to detail
- Own reliable car and Licence for client/site visits
