This exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager has been created as we solidify our partnership with News Corp and will be responsible for owning all contingent recruitment across all News Corp brands. Working onsite for Hudson RPO, you’ll work closely with a highly supportive HR team and partner with CXC for contractor management services to assume responsibility for all contingent recruitment; roles typically fall within technology, finance and admin and whilst these will mostly be direct hires there are agency partners to support you with hard to fill roles. This is a hands on role where pace and accuracy will be the key to your success.
Our ideal candidate is a contract recruiter, ideally from the ICT sector. Straight from agency is OK, however experience either in an onsite or MSP environment would be highly regarded.
You will need
- Proven specialist contract recruitment experience, ideally within the technology space
- Demonstrated track record of building successful business relationships
- High level adaptability and responsiveness
- Extensive professional experience managing recruitment assignments
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work cross functionally and lead internal/external stakeholders
