This leading FMCG company are looking for an immediately available Talent Coordinator who can commence immediately. Experience with PageUp is desirable to be successful for this role.

Key Duties:

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Team
• Support the delivery of recruitment processes across the business
• Coordinate talent review processes for business units
• Liaison with Payroll on new starters, movement and salary related issues
• Generate employment letters and communication materials
• Schedule meetings and interviews for candidates and hiring managers
• Generate and prepare reports using PageUp
• Complete reference checks for potential employees

Key Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a HR or Talent Coordinator role
• Strong business administration skills
• Strong using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Sound knowledge of PageUp or similar system
• High attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Immediate availability
