Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of effective HR processes, procedures and systems.
- Providing advice, coaching and support to the business/stakeholders on HR issues, policies and procedures.
- Assisting the Head of HR with the development and implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue and white collar positions.
- Managing the remuneration reviews.
- Assisting in job evaluation, salary benchmarking and banding.
- Advising and supporting managers on disciplinary issues/grievances, and performance management issues.
- Interpreting Enterprise Agreements and Awards and advising managers & employees of their obligations to comply.
- Assist the Head of HR with any IR related matters.
To secure this opportunity you must have experience in a HR Generalist role within a manufacturing environment, including salary benchmarking & job evaluation; interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreement and Award conditions; some IR; and a relevant Degree qualification.
