The Applied Innovation Centre develops leaders and teams to be effective, high performing and innovative. We have been working with organisations in the mining, commercial, emergency services and public sectors for over 20 years.
We are looking for experienced and qualified leadership development facilitators (2) to work with us on a new long-term contract and with other clients. One client currently requires 2 facilitators in a team training format.
We would like to hear from you if you:
· Have at least 5 years’ experience and a strong track record in training and facilitation of development programs for mid-level and senior leaders
· Instinctively and actively engage with groups
· Confidently deliver active experiential learning
· Create and facilitate effective learning experiences in any situation
· Can help develop effective leadership attitudes and behaviours
· Easily work with others in customising appropriate learning material
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in leadership and those that can work with groups in the mining, emergency services and public sectors.
Definite training available from mid-August 2018. Expected training days will be a minimum of 25 per annum.
