The Director, People and Culture has responsibility for strategic and operational services supporting the Foundation's workforce. Essential capabilities for this role include:
- experience and expertise in building organisational capability and capacity, optimising engagement and supporting innovation within the public sector
- an ability to understand and assist in the growth of a strong organisational culture where staff feel supported and able to contribute to our vision
- experience in leading the delivery of people and culture services and support
We are seeking a leader who is skilled at engaging with staff, focused on both our strategic and operational priorities and authentic in their commitment to forward looking employment practices in the public sector.
Deep knowledge of people and culture programs, workplace legislation and enterprise agreements is required. Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline will be well regarded.
