Allstaff Australia has an opportunity available for a 360 recruitment consultant to manage a warm desk with plenty of growth potential in the industrial sector.

Your strong organisational skills will enable you to effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day recruitment needs of clients, as well as identify and plan for upcoming project needs. This includes sourcing and attracting the best candidates for available positions.

Your experience building and maintaining new and existing client relationships at all levels will contribute to organic growth in sales and lead generation.

Applicants successful for interviews will be experienced in the following:

• Management of end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviewing and placing candidates
• Account management on-site and phone based
• Focused client and candidate care
• Technical computer skills e.g. MS Word/Excel, database and online job boards

We are offering a competitive salary with car allowance, and a generous commission scheme.

Our office is based in Moorebank (off the M5 corridor). Current drivers licence and own car required for client and on-hired employee visits.
