This innovative specialised global manufacturing company is the only manufacturer of it's kind and is in a rapid growth phase. Based in the Australian branch located in Dandenong South, the centre of Melbourne's south east growth corridor.
Reporting to the Managing Director who has grown within the business over the past 20 years, this Senior Advisor will be responsible for the whole HR & Payroll function including:
- Payroll - weekly/monthly
- HR administration
- Various financial and HR reporting
- Recruitment
- Training & Development
- OHS & Workcover
- IR/ER
- Policy & Procedure management
- P&C initiatives
Immediate start. Overseeing a blended workforce of 65% industrial & 35% corporate, your ability to interpret a unique award and apply effectively will be highly regarded.
To be sucessful in this role, you will have the following skills, experience and confidence to manage a variety of HR & Payroll tasks on a daily basis.
- 5+ years of similar HR Generalist experience
- Previous payroll management (or willing to learn and manage)
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
- Ability to build instant rapport with various stakeholders
- Professional approach to all tasks
- Kind & calm demeanour
