Due to an internal restructure an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team.

You must be dynamic, administratively strong, with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to recruit capable and passionate people for our brand.

The successful candidate will have 4-5 years Recruitment experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising a broad range of contemporary direct sourcing channels to attract talent. This will include proactive sourcing such as professional networking and targeted attraction of talent.
  • Ensure that all necessary procedures (Recruitment Policy and ATR) in relation to new hires is undertaken within required timeframes including the managing of recruitment related paperwork and sign-off process
  • Participating in interviews and/or coaching hiring managers on interview practices when required
  • Managing behavioural/capability testing and analysis if required.
  • Provide high level customer service and relationship building with new employees and internal staff
  • Ensure personnel files are established and maintained in accordance with Veolia  guidelines for all employees
  • Ensure payroll information is provided to the Payroll Officer in a timely manner to ensure pay is processed accurately and efficiently

You will have:        

  • Minimum 4 years experience in high volume recruitment 
  • Well developed communication, time management and organisation skills
  • People management skills are essential
  • Computer skills - including proficiency in work, excel and outlook
  • Excellent written and communication skills 
  • Demonstrated experience in general HR administration, coordination and planning
  • Demonstrated experience in executing strategic sourcing approaches including LinkedIn and Professional Networking
  • A strong focus in supporting and driving diversity and inclusion activities in recruitment
