The Role 

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our small, close-knit HR team. This role provides an opportunity for a motivated individual to grow and build their HR career. Reporting to the General Manager HR Services, this role will be responsible for the provision of a broad range of HR administrative and transactional services across the region. This includes service provider management, fleet management, HR policy review, employment contract generation, HR reporting and administrative activities and assisting with various project initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to; 

  • Reviewing and keeping HR policies and guidelines updated;
  • Managing company Tool of Trade vehicles and Novated Leases;
  • Management of employee compliance requirements;
  • HR Administration including generation of employment contracts, process documentation, reporting and administration of HR intranet;
  • HR reporting requirements;
  • Leading HR process improvement initiatives;
  • Providing assistance to the General Manager HR Services and the broader HR team in other related HR project initiatives. 

The Person 

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally possess experience working within a HR Shared Services environment. You will be able to demonstrate experience with a broad range of HR administration activities. Degree qualifications in Human Resources or Business related discipline would be highly regarded. You will possess strong writing and analytical skills and your attention to detail will be one of your key strengths.
