THE ORGANISATION
This national organisation is currently seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join a close knit HR team for approximately 3 months initially. Based in the CBD, this organisation is committed to enabling client's business success and encourages progression and development for high performing individuals.
  
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the  HR Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day recruitment process across all departments and responsible for recruiting all levels. You will contribute to the talent planning strategies whilst resourcing the best talent for the organisation. You will source talent through a variety of methods including agency, direct, LinkedIn and other identified needs. You will partner with hiring managers to assess resourcing needs and provide recommendations.

THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this position you must have around 3 years' experience of internal recruitment. You must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and able to demonstrate initiative. You must be immediately available to be considered for this role.
