• Leverage your expertise to manage the Regional Benefits Team.
• This exciting and challenging position will see you proactively executing and delivering all of the regional benefit responsibilities and initiatives in conjunction with leading the high performing team
• Your tasks will also include reviewing, designing and implementing all relevant policies as well as providing recommendations on best practice and how it can be applied within.
• As the escalation contact for our global business groups, you will be a consultative advisor on various matters impacting our cross border employee base, such as tax, immigration, compliance and employee relations.
• You will be driven, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in a highly-matrixed, international environment.
• Bringing with you, your knowledge and proven experience managing Benefits programmes along with prior experience in Global mobility.
• With exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will maintain strong client and vendor relationships, through consistent and meaningful communication & feedback. Adding to your success, will be your ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines in an effective manner.
