About the Role
  
Our newly formed Resource Hub is looking for a talented team leader to coach, grow and manage a team of resourcing consultants . The Medacs Global Group Resource Hub specialises in sourcing new candidates for all business units in Australasia utilising forward thinking sourcing strategies. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:

• Sourcing candidates through different channels such as headhunting, social media and advertising.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the team by introducing new sourcing strategies.
• Re-establishing relationships with candidates who have not been in contact in the past few years.
• Training entry level resourcing consultants and assisting other team members with their queries.
• Penetrating candidate markets in targeted countries based on the shortage of specific types of candidates in the Australian market.
• Coaching your team to assist in their personal and professional development.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to be:

• A strong leader, passionate about coaching and developing others
• Dynamic, competitive, ambitious and driven
• Self-managing, honest and trustworthy. You will be the go-to person in the team.
• Demonstrate a high level of quality candidate customer service
• A keen interest in healthcare
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• IT & Computer Literate 

This role would suit somebody from an internal or agency recruitment background who wants to specialise in candidate attraction and relationship building. If you have end to end recruitment experience or have been a billing consultant and you are looking to take your career in a different direction, we would be interested in hearing from you. Leadership experience is essential.
