The Opportunity
Work within one of EnergyAustralia’s key programs of work developing and delivering innovative and targeted learning and development solutions using a range of learning tools and methodologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with the programs change team to understand end user impacts and complete training needs assessments.
- Develop and deliver learning and development solutions including training and ongoing support artefacts.
- Apply best practise adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Develop online learning solutions effectively using e-learning tools.
- Review and update any current learning and development solutions based on end user feedback or technology changes.
What we are looking for:
- At least 7 years in L&D or instructional design role.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
- Proven experience working with e-learning tools.
- Experience in successfully designing learning programmes for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to develop strong relationships with different levels of stakeholders.
- Clear and concise communication skills with ability to influence others.
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
