The Human Resources Manager will operate in a stand-alone role reporting to the CEO. This is a part time fixed term opportunity.
You are a strategic practitioner able to manage the day to day operations of a HR function. This is a critical Start Up role within the organisation that requires the incumbent to develop and implement a HR plan in line with the IMVC Strategic direction. The role also includes providing leadership in HR matters such as industrial relations and performance management, and working alongside managers to facilitate and maintain the employment of highly engaged and committed personnel.

Applicants will ideally have significant experience in a similar role, plus relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
