Immediate contract roles for experienced blue-collar Mobilisation and Recruitment specialists.
We have a variety of contact roles available from 2-9 months for immediate start.
If you are the sort of person who loves working in a busy environment and is experienced in high volume mobilisation and or recruiting, then we would love to hear from you.
Our successful contractors will posses demonstrated experience in the following;
RECRUITMENT
- Volume recruitment in blue collar & trades
- Leading recruitment processes end to end
- Screening applicants
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Completing reference checks
- Conducting face to face interviews
- Recruitment and HR administration
MOBILISATION
- Recruiting and interviewing personnel to site
- Manage site entry and mobilisation requirements
- Booking flights, bus manifests, accommodation, drug & alcohol testing and vehicles
- Ordering PPE and conduct stock levels
- Check on confirm labour loists
- Manage and coordinate administration paperwork
- Update employee/project information on database
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Experience in the Mining/Engineering/Construction industry
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Very good time management, organisation and coordination experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
