Our client is a not-for-profit healthcare organisation with over 2000 staff Australia wide. A leading community care provider, this diverse, compassionate and dedicated team is committed to helping people with disabilities to live independently in their own homes.
Join them for this initial temporary role for approximately 3 months with an immediate start. There is also the potential to be considered for the role on a permanent basis.
The key focus of the role will be to support the hiring managers by overseeing the sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates.
Duties include:
- Create contracts and prepare letter of offer and other contractual documentation
- Craft advertisements and advertise vacancies on various websites
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback
- Manage compliance around background checks
- Provide other ad-hoc support as required to the hiring managers
