About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a high achieving, established recruitment professional who would like to be part of a global recruitment team at ANZ. As a Recruitment Partner working closely with our Technology Division, you will be responsible for providing recruitment support and advice, and connecting with managers to provide strategic guidance and innovative resourcing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about finding the best talent for the bank!
In this role you will partner with Hiring Managers to deliver best practice recruitment, and act as a trusted advisor for your client group. By working collaboratively with key internal partners you will help create new selection and sourcing campaigns and deliver quality, cost effective outcomes. ANZ has started to move to a new way of working, leveraging agile practices. About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- A track record delivering recruitment services and HR consulting in a complex corporate environment or agency environment
- Previous knowledge and experience managing technology and digital recruitment, particularly data, engineering and/or architecture
- Passionate about developing creative sourcing solutions and using social media channels for branding and networking
- Ability to adapt, multi-task and prioritise to ensure that deadlines are achieved
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise
- Experience driving continuous improvements and best practice, and a proactive, flexible attitude
- Collaborative approach, growth mindset and a dedication to ANZ’s core values.
