About the Company:

Specialising in the blue collar and white collar sectors, we have an immediate position available for an experienced Consultant to join our Ascot office.
The Role:
Working within a team, you will be tasked with recruiting temporary and permanent workers for clients with the view to further grow and develop new business.
This is a fast paced role which requires a strong sense of urgency to achieve successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Recruitment, induction and placement of suitable candidates
- Management of Candidate and Client requests
- Maintenance of a recruitment database and candidate pool
- Administration functions
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in blue and white collar recruitment – specifically in a labour hire environment
- Knowledge of mobile plant machinery, trades and labour, mining
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines
- Must have initiative, a strong sense of urgency, ability to multi task and self manage
- Excellent computer literacy skills – knowledge of the recruitment software 'FastTrack' will be considered extremely advantageous.
