The team is growing! Our client has brought together the Human Resources function to implement a seamless, effective and productive solution across their multiple agencies and business units. 

The purpose of the HR Business Partner is to act as a business partner to line managers by embedding HR strategy and providing professional, commercial and reliable HR guidance and support with the objective of adding true value to the business.

You will compliment leadership capability through coaching in all facets of HR-related matters, and assist the client group to effectively balance their people and business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be required to travel intrastate to regional areas from time to time.


ESSENTIALLY US…

ESSENTIALLY YOU…

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR (or related degree), and great experience within HR in a customer-focused industry.
  • Work with line managers to address performance development needs and management.
  • Lead HR initiatives and contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of projects through proactivity.
  • Manage complex industrial relations activities including grievance, dispute and disciplinary matters from investigation through to resolution.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers in the resolution of workplace issues and the application of policy and procedures.
  • Exemplary stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Sounds knowledge of ER/IR legislation and regulations, as well as current HR trends.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, influence, coach and deliver!
DESIRABLY…

  • Registered member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring/Coaching
