  • New position, end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles
  • Part-time (0.8), 12 month maximum term contract, based at our head office in East Melbourne
  • $83k - $85k per annum (pro rata) plus 13.5% superannuation
 
The position

You will take responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for a diverse range of roles across RACGP. This is an opportunity for you to join a high profile national health and education organisation and contribute to the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function.
 
Some of your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Coordinating recruitment activities including job design, position description review, sourcing, screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking and offer management
  • Sourcing roles through both active and passive mediums, including candidate search and headhunting
  • In collaboration with hiring managers developing robust interview questions and candidate assessments
  • Delivering specialist coaching, training and advice to hiring managers on best practice/best fit recruitment methodologies
  • Providing high-level customer service to hiring managers whilst gaining a deep understanding of role and departmental requirements
  • In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager, negotiating with and manage third party providers
  • Contributing to the development and evaluation of reporting and recruitment metrics
 
 
The candidate
 
You will be a seasoned recruiter with expertise in filling a diverse range of roles, adopting an array of innovative sourcing methods to attract high quality candidates. More importantly, you will have the right attitude, a strong work ethic and adopt a continuous improvement approach to your work.
 
To be successful in this role you will also be able to demonstrate the following:
 
  • Experience in a fast-paced, end-to-end recruitment role within a complex organisation, managing a diverse range of roles
  • A proven record of adopting innovative sourcing methodologies, attracting both active and passive candidates, filling specialised roles
  • Strong technical ability, with experience providing high-level advice and coaching to managers on best practice/best fit recruitment methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to influence and to introduce positive change based on technical skills and credibility
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
 
Any experience in health or education recruitment would be highly regarded.
 
There may also be flexibility to reduce the time fraction to 0.7 or 0.6 for the right candidate.
