About the Role
As the WHS Adviser, you will be the driving force behind a positive safety culture in our diverse business.
Reporting to the General Manager - People & Safety, this role will see you drive the safety culture on the front line using your technical expertise and practical approach to achieve optimal WHS outcomes. You will also be the ‘go to’ person to coordinate our Return to Work and Workers Compensation claim management.
You will work with the General Manager to drive operational WHS outcomes to meet organisational targets and compliance objectives, including: developing and conducting training programs, evaluating and maintaining risk management processes and identifying/implementing WHS initiatives.

Essential Criteria
- You are an experienced WHS professional – minimum 5 years' experience
- Technical and best practice knowledge
- Solid risk management and practical compliance competence
- Relevant WHS tertiary qualifications
- WorkCover NSW Accredited Return to Work Coordinator
- A 'can-do' attitude
- Current NSW drivers licence, unrestricted.
