About the Role
Monash Doctors Workforce (MDW) unit is looking for a highly organised and driven individual to lead the Recruitment and Credentialing Team. MDW is responsible for the management, implementation and coordination of a range of human resources and employment functions for our medical workforce (senior and junior medical staff).
The Recruitment and Credentialing Team Leader is responsible for providing operational guidance in activities related to recruitment and credentialing of medical staff in Monash Health.
To manage and actively contribute to the seamless processes of medical employment by leading a team in the following areas:
- Medical workforce planning and establishment
- Recruitment and selection, appointments, registration and credentialing / scope of practice and on-boarding
- Employment contracting
The Team Leader is responsible for the day to day management of the administration staff within the team, including supervision, training and development and performance management, in conjunction with the manager.
