About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing guidance around performance reviews
Employee relations including conduct and performance management,
Advice around recruitment practices within the organisation
Assisting with some aspects of a payroll integration projects,
Analysing trends around client turnover, hiring and promotions

About Success

In order to be successful you will need:

Strong employee relations knowledge and skills will be essential,
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field are required,
Payroll experience will be highly regarded,
Strong recruitment experience will be required.
