The OD Department provides very broad services to the Australian business covering regular 'off the shelf' offerings to more bespoke programs.

Reporting to the Head of OD this role will have autonomy and responsibility for the whole L&D lifecycle - analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.  Whilst there are no direct reports and whilst the role has some admin support.  Key internal relationships include local line managers, the HRBP population and the overseas Learning / Talent teams, so stakeholder management is a key part of the role.  A recent exciting objective of the department is the key aim of supporting managers to adopt a broad coaching approach to people management.  The post holder will be key to supporting this aim.

To secure this role you will ideally have -

- experience in a corporate L&D role
- design and delivery experience
- outstanding stakeholder management skills
- some project management skills
- experience in the principles of Leadership Development
- strong IT systems skills including a recognised LMS
- experience of working in a complex / matrix reporting environment
- Degree + Cert IV in Training & Assessment
