HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

This role works closely with Head of HR and management to develop talent and influence company culture along with day to day operational duties.
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant who is driven, organised, energetic and a natural leader who loves to empower others.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 3 years experience within a HR based role
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Highly effective planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain accurate written documentation and files
- Must possess exceptional passion and drive to succeed
- Advanced Excel / Word
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining personnel records of all employees
- Assisting in recruitment and onboarding process
- Working with discretion and handling of confidential information
- Supporting a culture aligned with company values
- HR Policies and Procedures administration
- Industrial Relations administration
- Workers Compensation / Injury management and reporting
